OVERVIEW:

EPIC QUESTS for DISCOVERY fills a unique market niche in today’s travel industry as we focus on providing a “caravan” of small group, very specifically designed Quests and Adventures. Our specialty is the Middle East namely, Egypt, Jordan and Israel. Our Quests focus is on 5 star and 5 star deluxe accommodations in order to provide comfort, great food and amenities found in our hotels that ensure every aspect of your visit is able to be serviced to your satisfaction.

We are an independent tour operator located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our team of specialists both in Canada and in the Middle East are knowledgeable and have been in many aspects of the travel industry for decades. The process we take you through when booking is thorough in order to ensure all of your expectations are filled and your time with us is carefree and safe. Reliability and experience are only two of the many things that we bring to you – the traveller who is looking to experience more than the ‘norm’. By keeping small groups we are able to provide personalized, 5 star services and private events along the way and cater to requests that may arise as we travel that may not already be on your itineraries.

QUESTS:

• Completely private and small group facilitated
• All have designated time frames
• Customized in such a way as to focus on a specific theme that will offer additional insights for personal growth whether that be through historic info, cultural insights and private events or on a Spiritual level
• Days and nights counted as your itinerary begin with the day of your arrival and end with your departure
• Offer complete, itemized and detailed packages
• All extra costs (which are minimal) are outlined BEFORE departure
• Specific minimum number of guests is specified for each quest
• Provide personal club invitations and in home visits with locals
• Offer many private cultural and onsite highlights
• Provide lectures by professionals known in their particular career as being experts
• Allow lengthier time frames for a more relaxed style of Discovery tour
• Escorted by a tour concierge who, having lived in the Middle East, is able to provide insights about the culture from a Westerner’s perspective
• Include many meals both inside and outside of the hotels that we stay in
• Egyptologist guides are used in Egypt
• Guides in the other Middle Eastern countries are highly trained and long time experts
• Include domestic air while in Egypt and any overland transfers within each of our countries
• VIP transfers between Jordan and Israel or vice versa
• Offer the option to obtain travel visas before departure processed by authorities well established in the travel industry and specialize in Middle Eastern countries IVPSC

• Our Adventures can be booked on an individual basis with no minimums
• Our Adventures offer a wide range of other world destinations in addition to the Middle East
• Middle Eastern Adventures can be customized to fit your time schedules and budgets with a wide range of possibilities
• Have the ability in the Middle East to add on countries in the immediate “neighbourhood”
• Can be escorted with a tour concierge upon request
